Datanomics believes it is important to take time off from work. Beginning with the first day of employment, full time salaried employees earn five days of vacation at the end of each six month period worked. Earned vacation time can be carried over to subsequent periods. Additional vacation time is earned through our "free day" program based on attendance.
Datanomics offers all employees immediate eligibility in our 401K plan. We offer a number of different funds from which to choose. You may contribute up to the federally mandated amount per annum. Enrollment is an option at any time during your employment with Datanomics.
